The new Supreme Court civil rules help litigants who do not have a lawyer by simplifying court procedures. If you do not have a lawyer for your Supreme Court civil law matter, a number of websites are available to help you understand the new rules and forms.
In addition to the resources found on this website, the Justice Education Society created SupremeCourtBC, where you will find a variety of multimedia and other resources, including information about Supreme Court civil claims, and guidebooks on the new civil rules.
The Supreme Court of British Columbia website has information for litigants who do not have lawyers, as well as links to the new civil rules, forms and fees.
