What is the difference between a Notice of Change and a Renewal?

A Notice of Change is an update to a current registration. It can be done at anytime your information changes and there is no charge for it.

A Renewal is done when your current registration expires and you wish to continue to be registered. It applies only to In-House Lobbyists and Senior Officers. In-house Lobbyists working for commercial interest must renew annually and pay the $150 fee. Senior Officers renew every six months and may the $75 fee.
