Ministry of Justice

Current Consultations

The Ministry of Justice may wish to consult with British Columbians on new legislation and policy. One means of consulting is to publish a discussion paper with an invitation to the public to respond. Public feedback on discussion papers is important because it helps government shape new laws and policies.

Consultations may result in changes to regulations or statutes.

The ministry is not currently consulting on legislation and policy. Visit Closed Consultations for information on consultations that have ended.
