Notice to Mediate (Family) Pilot Project

A family mediation pilot project was introduced in Nanaimo in late 2007 to help people find early solutions to their family law disputes. The pilot was expanded to include the Duncan, Victoria, Vancouver and New Westminster registries of the B.C. Supreme Court. On March 29, 2012, it became available provincewide.
