Civil Justice Reform in British Columbia

The ministry has been exploring, promoting and implementing civil justice reform for many years. An early report was the Report of the Justice Reform Commission in 1998:

Since 2002, a number of other reports on justice reform in B.C. have been written and many justice reform initiatives have been introduced.
