Small Claims Court Mediation

People with civil law disputes involving claims valued up to $25,000 may sue in small claims court. If this applies to you, we can give you information about the free mediation services provided by the Ministry of Justice under the Court Mediation Program before you go to court. In some cases, you must participate in a single mediation session before you can have your small claims case heard by a judge.
