Before You Come In

You can choose to drop by the centre or call first for more information or to make an appointment. When you come in, you will be asked to fill out a client information sheet. This is the first step in accessing the centre’s services and enables us to direct you to the best service as quickly as possible. To help us serve you faster, you may want to complete the information sheet online and print it before you come in.

It will also help if you bring with you:

  • the addresses and phone numbers of any other people involved;
  • the dates of any scheduled court appearances;
  • details of any previous related appointments;
  • copies of all relevant documents, such as court papers, contracts, letters or receipts.
