Did you know the Justice Access Centre (JAC) has information and services to help you solve your justice problems?
You may encounter a number of different staff while you are getting help at the JAC. One of the staff members may be a Justice Interviewer (JI), who is often the first justice-trained worker that clients meet. JIs listen to clients’ needs to identify helpful options and make referrals. They also look for issues that require immediate attention, such as family violence or evictions.
You may also meet Vancouver Justice Access Centre (JAC) self-help information services and Nanaimo JAC resource room staff, who help clients find legal information, understand court forms, and both provide and receive referrals from other service providers.
This page will be updated regularly with more information about the JAC and its staff and community partners.
