The justice access centres are the place to come when you need help with family and civil law issues that affect your everyday life, such as separation or divorce, income security, employment, housing or debt. We have the information and services you need to reach solutions to your problems.

There are two justice access centres – one in Nanaimo and one in Vancouver.  Information about each is available on this website.

The centres are wheelchair accessible and family friendly. In some situations, an interpreter can be arranged.

On Sept. 6, 2012, a Victoria Justice Access Centre was announced. It is anticipated that the Victoria JAC will open in mid-2013.
