Where can I find out more about going to Supreme Court?
The Supreme Court Rules describe court procedures in detail, and are available on-line:
- Rule 60 deals with divorce and family law in general
- Rule 60(D) discusses the rules around disclosing financial details in a family law proceeding, and
- Rule 60(E) explains the Judicial Case Conference.
Others that may be of interest include:

- Rule 35 - pre-trial conference
