Separation and Divorce

What is a divorce? Do I have to have one?

A divorce is the legal end of a legal marriage. A divorce can only be granted by the Supreme Court. You have to have a divorce if you want to re-marry. If you do not want to marry again, you can remain separated, without divorcing, indefinitely.
