Installation Instructions The
installation files, Law Courts Civil Template.msi and Law Courts
Criminal Template.msi, each install their respective copy of the
Supreme Court of B.C.'s Word 2002 (XP) judgment template in .dot
(template) format to a user's Windows 2000, 2002 (XP) or 2003
desktop. Previous versions of the Civil and Criminal templates should
be deleted before downloading these new versions. Once the downloads/installations
are complete, the user will see two new icons on their desktop.
Double clicking either icon will open a copy of the respective template
in Word .doc (document) format for use and renaming. The
customized and up-dated Law Courts Toolbar will be visible immediately
upon opening either template. The shortcut keys may function immediately,
or will function once the user sets their macro security settings
according to the instructions set out in the document titled MS
Word Macro Security Settings: Enabling Template Shortcut Keys.
