Can I apply for articles with even though I plan on clerking?

Yes. The ministry is pleased to receive applications from students who have decided to clerk and are looking for articles for the year following their clerkship, or are considering a clerkship and want to defer their articles for a year if a clerkship is offered.

The Attorney General hires up to two clerks each articling year.
