Revenue and Taxation Group

Most of the work in the revenue and taxation group relates to taxation or insolvency. In these areas, the group provides solicitors advice and acts as counsel in litigation matters. The group also provides advice on local government issues, culture, escheats and charitable trusts. Students in this group gain exposure to taxation and insolvency issues, from both a solicitor’s and a barrister’s perspective.
