Revenue and Taxation Group

The Revenue and Taxation Group provides legal advice and opinions, and acts as legal counsel at all levels of court on taxation, bankruptcy, insolvency and debt collection matters.

It also provides legal advice and develops legal documents for government branches responsible for cultural matters, safety engineering, and overseeing local government.

It advises the:

• Ministry of Attorney General,
• Ministry of Community Development,
• Ministry of Finance,
• Ministry of Forests and Range,
• Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts,
• Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, and
• Royal BC Museum.
