Resource, Environmental and Land Law Group

Lawyers in the Resource, Environmental and Land Law Group provide legal advice and opinions to ministries managing the environment, provincial fisheries, forests, mines and minerals, energy, agriculture, lands and other natural resources.

It also represents clients before administrative tribunals and on judicial reviews and statutory appeals.

It advises the:
