Finance, Commercial and Transportation Group

The finance, commercial and transportation group negotiates, settles, drafts and finalizes documents concerning sophisticated legal transactions and agreements while providing solicitor advice to various ministries. Lawyers in this group also provide legal advice to other branch lawyers on intellectual property issues. Students working in this group will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, including financial, commercial, systems and government procurement transactions.
