Administrative Tribunals Act Regulations

Regulations are subordinate legislation and created under the authority of legislation. Often, the intent of a regulation is to fill in the details for the legislative scheme.

Administrative Tribunals Act, Section 60, Power to make regulations provides authority for the lieutenant governor in council to pass regulations establishing rules for a tribunal, providing for fees and prescribing tariffs of costs. No such regulations have been enacted yet.
