There are some limits on how and when we can respond through the internet:

Legal Advice
We cannot provide you with legal advice about your specific case. If you are seeking information about how the law applies to your situation, please see the Getting Legal Advice section of the web site.

Family Maintenance Enforcement Program
If you are seeking information from the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program about your case, you may send your questions through this site. Because of concerns about confidentiality, the FMEP Progam will respond to you by letter or telephone. Please include your mailing address, telephone number and case number with any inquiry.

Family Justice Counsellors
The Web site contains general information about the law related to separation and divorce. If you would like to discuss your case with a family justice counsellor, contact the Family Justice Centre in your community.
